Everyone at Shute Farm Studio would like to congratulate Lee on his achievement. Lee has offered a Stone Mason Apprenticeship with Wells Cathedral Stone Masons. We are proud to have seen Lee work so hard, been so focused and shown a developing skill.

Lee was first introduced to Stone Carving when he attended Shute Farm Studio with 'Hartcliffe Engineering Community College’.

Tutored by Kate Semple, The students created a stone carved Totem Pole, representing ‘hunky punks’ influenced by modern day comic characters. Each twelve inch block of Bath Stone depicts two faces on either side and stands eleven feet high.

Lee then went on to do a holiday course with 'Kicin' Space' a club for young people from hartcliffe and Withywood Bristol at The Studio.

Lee has also attended two weeks work experience with Wells Cathedral Stone Masons.
