Steel created recipes using
different varieties of potatoes
from Green Farm which were delicious.
People were also invited to
have a go at potato printing
and had the opportunity of a
tour of the Art Studio and visit
Green Farm to see the potato
storage and grading operation
as well as the Dairy to see
the milking process.
All proceeds were donated to
local charities including Send
a Cow and Water Aid.
